Water-cooled industrial burr and roller grinders maintain unimodal particle distributions across high-volume wholesale coffee milling.
Future Coffee Corporation manufactures heavy-duty commercial burr grinders and precision roller mills in Reno, Nevada for grocery packing lines, contract packaging roasters, and cold brew manufacturers. Standard retail grinders generate friction temperatures in excess of 150°F during sustained sixty-minute runs, oxidizing fragile coffee lipids and cooking out floral terpenes before the ground coffee enters the bag. Our industrial grinders incorporate chilled closed-loop water jackets around 120mm to 180mm hardened steel burrs, preserving grounds below 92°F while sustaining tight unimodal particle curves across espresso, drip, and cold brew specifications.
Commercial burr and roller grinder packages range from seven thousand four hundred to twenty-two thousand dollars according to hourly throughput.
Grinder equipment pricing is determined by motor horsepower, burr disc diameter, micrometric worm-gear pitch, and integrated chilling capacity. A batch grinder capable of 120 pounds per hour for specialty retail bag packing starts at 7,400 USD. Heavy continuous production grinders driving 500 to 1,200 pounds per hour for high-speed commercial canning lines or wholesale cold brew steeping vessels reach 22,000 USD. For commercial enterprises building out full facilities, grinders integrate cleanly into our 14,900 to 150,000 USD turnkey roasting and packaging systems.
120mm flat steel burrs, 2.2 kW continuous motor, bag clamp vibrating funnel, and 120–250 lb/hr throughput for wholesale retail bag packing.
180mm carbide burrs or dual corrugated rollers, internal water circulation jacket, de-chaffing cyclone feed, and 500–1,200 lb/hr continuous duty.
Mounted directly downstream from our roaster destoners and feeding directly into our nitrogen-flushed automated packaging lines.

Ivan Petrov oversees burr tooth geometry profiling and laser diffraction particle calibration in Nevada since 2019.
Master Roaster Ivan Petrov has operated high-output commercial roasting lines for seven years, analyzing how inconsistent particle size degrades coffee solubles during brewing. Most commercial grinders produce bimodal or erratic grind distributions containing excessive fines (particles under 100 microns) that over-extract into bitter polyphenols, alongside boulders (particles over 1,200 microns) that under-extract into sour organic acids. Ivan calibrates every Future Coffee Corporation grinder using laser diffraction particle sizing instruments in our Reno facility, guaranteeing unimodal particle distribution curves with under 4.2% fines on standard drip grinds.
We fabricate grinder burr carriers out of solid billet aluminum and high-tensile stainless steel, precision bored on multi-axis CNC machines to maintain burr parallel run-out tolerances under 0.005 millimeters. Future Coffee Corporation will not use stamped sheet metal or cast zinc adjustment collars that flex under high motor torque. When coffee beans enter the pre-breaker teeth, the stationary and rotary burrs remain perfectly concentric, eliminating burr rub and ensuring consistent particle extraction from the first pound to the ten-thousandth pound.
Every industrial coffee grinder is specified and built through four rigorous production benchmarks.
Particle Distribution Profiling
We identify your primary packaging profile—espresso valve bags, grocery drip cans, or coarse cold brew mesh pouches.
Burr Metallurgy & Machining
Burr blanks are precision turned, tooth-cut on 5-axis tool grinders, vacuum heat-treated, and coated with TiN or carbide.
Chamber Thermal Stress Run
The assembled mill operates under maximum rated load for two consecutive hours to verify internal water jacket cooling efficiency.
Crating & Plant Installation
The unit is secured in reinforced timber freight crates with spare burr sets, calibration shims, and nationwide freight tracking.
We build heavy industrial coffee grinding mills rather than cafe counter retail equipment.
Future Coffee Corporation does not manufacture small countertop espresso shop grinders or consumer kitchen appliances. Our machines draw 208V, 240V, or 480V three-phase electrical power and weigh between 180 and 850 pounds. They are intended for commercial wholesale roasteries, institutional food production plants, and private label packaging lines. If your operation grinds less than twenty pounds of coffee per week, an industrial water-cooled burr mill is not an appropriate capital expenditure.
