Industrial roaster machinery carries an uncompromising twelve-month structural drum warranty and emissions compliance backing.
We stand behind every roasting drum weldment, afterburner thermal oxidizer, and wholesale production run dispatched from our Reno facility. These explicit warranties define mechanical coverage boundaries, dispatch turnaround guarantees, and rapid parts replacement workflows.
Commercial drum roasters and turnkey machinery packages receive a comprehensive twelve-month structural guarantee.
Every complete commercial roasting machine supplied by Future Coffee Corporation—ranging from 14,900 USD lab units to 150,000 USD industrial plants—is warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of exactly twelve (12) calendar months from the verified date of delivery. This coverage encompasses the double-walled cast-iron drum weldments, main shaft trunnions, gear-drive reduction motors, variable frequency fan drives, and primary burner combustion chambers.
Thermal oxidizer afterburners are guaranteed to meet EPA and municipal air permit criteria when operated as specified.
Our afterburners and catalytic emissions eliminators (priced from 12,500 to 34,000 USD) are engineered to destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs), visible smoke, and odor particulates. When operated within our certified design parameters—maintaining secondary chamber temperatures of 1,450°F (788°C) and the airflow CFM matched to drum capacity (42.5 CFM per kilogram)—Future Coffee Corporation warrants that the assembly will pass municipal smoke density and opacity inspections. If an assembly fails a recognized environmental test due to mechanical defect, our Reno engineering bay supplies replacement burners, refractory liners, or PID controllers at zero equipment cost.
Wholesale coffee contract roasting runs operate under an unconditional twenty-four-hour roast-to-ship replacement policy.
We do not warehouse pre-roasted beans or broker aged stock. Wholesale custom roasting (15 to 30 USD per 1 kg; 24 lb initial MOQ, 5 lb recurring reorders) is guaranteed to leave our Reno loading dock within 24 hours of dropping from the roaster drum. If an order fails to dispatch within the promised 24-hour window, or if cupping scores drop more than 1.5 SCA points from the client-approved Master Profile curve due to roaster error, Future Coffee Corporation will re-roast and expedite the entire batch at our sole expense or issue a full commercial credit.
Routine consumable items, improper facility ventilation, and unapproved field modifications are expressly excluded.
Our equipment warranty protects against manufacturing failure, not normal abrasive wear or facility negligence. The following items and conditions are excluded from free warranty coverage:
- Wear-and-Tear Consumables: Drive belts, silicone high-temp exhaust gasket rings, brass bean sampling triers, and thermocouple sensor probes subjected to physical bean impact.
- Improper Ducting & Backpressure: Drum heat exchanger warping resulting from non-spec chimney runs, undersized exhaust duct diameters, or lack of fresh make-up air ventilation.
- Chaff Fire Damage: Equipment failures caused by operator failure to empty the cyclone chaff collector bin every 4 roasting batches.
- Unauthorized Alterations: Bypassing factory gas pressure regulators, modifying electrical control boards, or using non-certified burner orifices.
Rapid replacement parts and factory engineering support follow a four-step diagnostic protocol.
When a commercial client requires warranty service, our Reno manufacturing bay follows an expedited resolution schedule designed to minimize roastery downtime:
Client logs roaster serial number, burner fuel type, and error code via our Equipment Lookup portal or phone.
Ivan Petrov and our machinery staff analyze thermocouple logs and airflow static pressure within 4 hours.
Replacement bearings, burner valves, or PID modules are packaged and dispatched via priority overnight air freight.
Live remote video commissioning and flame pressure calibration ensure the machine returns to peak profile repeatability.
